While selling real state is my primary job, I do own and manage vacation condos as well. My personal favorite is Bay Point Village located at the 24 mile marker of the Lake. This location is very convenient to shopping, golf, boating, and dining - yet private enough for a very relaxing weekend stay. It's a two bedroom two bath unit located on the WALK-IN LEVEL -- NO STEPS! The condo has new carpet and is in excellent condition. It has a great view, screened in porch, large kitchen, 20 acres of manicured grounds, and the pool (pictured above) might be the best at the Lake of the Ozarks. Be wary of renting just any condo sight unseen. This complex is known for having a family atmosphere and loud behavior will not be tolerated. You will not be disappointed! See the room layout here.

Here's a bargain. This WESTON POINT condo is a great buy for a very neat and clean unit. You'll love the pool and small, quiet complex located at the 23 milemarker of the Lake. The view is spectacular.
